Not even the sun wanted to miss this very special spring wedding at Longfellow’s Wayside Inn. Sally and Brian’s wedding day was beautiful, a warm and sunny day that graced us with its presence in between two rainy April days. Their ceremony at the Martha Mary Chapel included a tulip ceremony symbolizing the joining of two families and a song played by the bride’s son. After ringing the chapel bell the newlyweds rode off in a horse drawn carriage to celebrate with friends and family inside the cozy inn. Sally surprised Brian with a deer cake topper to tie in his love for hunting and the outdoors. Daffodils and other personal touches adorned the beautiful reception room making it their own. The outpouring of love and support that I witnessed from each and every guest in attendance was just so heart-warming. I left their wedding with a happy and thankful heart. I really could not have asked for a better way to kick off the new wedding season. Thank you, Sally and Brian, for letting us capture your special day for you.
You may recognize the couple below from their 2012 engagement session and their wedding at the Arabian Horse Inn. I absolutely love seeing past clients of mine at weddings, especially when they are tearing it up on the dance floor together.
