Every year I take on a limited number of non-wedding client engagement sessions. Lyndsey and Sean emailed me explaining that they were having a destination wedding so they were looking only to have engagement images done. After chatting with Lyndsey for a bit we came up with some ideas for their shoot which included a beautiful orchard, my vintage office couch, some purple wild flowers and a neutral clothing color palette. They also asked for one special request, a photograph of the two of them with a string of Christmas lights which they wanted to use for their holiday cards this year. After planning all of this out with Lyndsey I was super excited for their shoot and happy to take on the extra work. Here are some of my absolute favorites from my evening with this very sweet couple. Enjoy!

The photo with the couch in the orchard, I will call it # 9 (from the top) is the best! #7, “I will lift you up” like the song, shows the love between you both, Lyndsey and Sean. Flowers add a real elegant touch. Great couple, enjoy this special time in your life. Can’t wait to see more….

Sean Killilea - I had a great experience working with Samantha on these photographs. She made what could have been an awkward experience of a photoshoot very casual and comfortable. I couldn’t imagine using any other photographer and I would recommend her to anyone looking to have top grade photos taken. Having a beautiful fiancé doesn’t hurt to make the pictures that much better too.
Pat Sousa - These photo are so creative and really capture the love Lynsdey and Sean have for each other.
